In cooperation with the company Sport Time Balkans, the general distributor for Nike in Serbia, Bulgaria and Romania, we started the project of introducing RFID technology in their 23 stores.
In the first phase of the project, the goal was to equip Galerija store as a pilot project were we installed an inventory system – ProScan devices, a payment system – ProPay devices, an floor Anti-theft system and a tag encoding system – ProStation device.
In order to use RFID technology in its full capacity, it is very important that 100% of the items are marked with UHF RFID tags. Considering that Nike does not have all the articles marked, the accent was placed on the ProStation tag encoding device as well as the change in the process of receiving goods.
In the second phase, the emphasis is placed on customer experience. It was decided that three stores (Galerija, Ušče – Serbia, Paradise – Bulgaria) will be equipped with special fitting systems, which have now become “smart” fitting rooms. Through this system, customers receive all information about the item they have entered into the fitting room, available sizes, recommended other products and can communicate with the staff from the fitting room.
These three stores are equipped with the following systems: Inventory system, Payment system, Anti-theft system, Interactive system. All systems are connected by a Cloud solution that monitors and records every change.
In the third phase of the project, all 23 stores start using our systems, and API connection and testing are done at all levels.
