The opening of a beach bar within a hotel required coordinated invitation delivery, registration tracking, and fast guest check-in. The organizer needed control over digital tickets, while guests needed an easy way to download their pass and enter without unnecessary waiting. These steps were connected through the Princ Wallet Pass system.
Instead of paper lists and manual checks, tickets saved in a mobile wallet were used. The system combined invitation delivery via email and SMS, ticket management, and QR code validation at the entrance.
Challenge: From invitation to fast entry.
The guest experience starts before arriving at the event: the invitation must be easy to access, instructions must be clear, and the ticket must be ready to present. At the same time, the organizer needs visibility into sent invitations and full control during preparation.
Separate records mean more time spent searching messages, comparing lists, and doing extra checks—exactly when multiple guests arrive at the same time. Princ Wallet Pass connected these tasks into a single process: the digital ticket became the link between the invitation and entry control, with no need for printing.
Sending invitations and Wallet Passes via email and SMS.
Guests received invitations via email or SMS. From the message, they accessed their digital ticket and could save it to their mobile wallet. The organizer tracked distribution in the system without having to check each invitation individually.
Digital ticket — a Wallet Pass — in the mobile wallet.
After saving it, the Wallet Pass ticket remained available on the phone, without needing to search for the original email or SMS upon arrival. There was no need for printing, keeping paper copies, or manually copying data.
At the entrance, the guest only needed to:
- Open the saved ticket in their mobile wallet.
- Show the QR code to the staff.
- After a successful check, enter the event venue.
Simple guest preparation made entry management easier. Having the ticket ready removed the need for additional name lookups on a list, especially when a large number of guests arrived within a short time window.

Queue-free entry scanning.
Upon arrival at the beach bar, staff scanned the QR code from the saved digital ticket, and the system verified its validity. This enabled access control without time-consuming list checks or holding up guests.
Smooth flow was supported by the entire sequence: the delivered invitation, the saved ticket, and a QR code ready for validation. In this case, this setup enabled guest check-in without creating queues at the entrance, with simpler staff operations and faster entry for guests.
One-time QR code for more secure access control
After a successful scan, the QR code becomes inactive for re-entry. This reduces the risk of multiple people using the same ticket or a forwarded copy of it.
A screenshot of the ticket can remain on the phone, but once its use has been recorded, it no longer allows a new entry. Security is based on status verification in the system, not just on the appearance of the invitation.
At the opening of the hotel’s beach bar, Princ Wallet Pass connected communication, invitation management, and access control. It enabled guests to use a digital ticket easily, while giving the organizer clear process visibility and control over redeemed tickets.
